This was the prettiest snow that I could remember. I was on my way home from work early in the morning, and just happen to have the camera in my truck. I was passing Mom's house, and this is what it looked like about mid snow. In Tennessee, we usually have wet snow, which makes it hang in the trees, and makes the roads super slick. But I still enjoyed it.

Carlos, it varies so much. So many small farm owners that rent land out to the big farmers. The land is very tillable and runs from $1500 to 2000 an acre for crop land. Very little cattle here, but you see some if the ground can't be tilled because of erosion. But a few have cattle on flat ground and on the hills. Very seldom do you see land go up for sale unless it is inherited and the heirs don't live around here. Usually land stays in the family forever. Many farmers work around 1000 acres, but that is with rented land. Some as much as 5000. A lot of small farm owners around. Anywhere from 25 to 500 acres. It varies. One of the biggest farmers just quit this year. He sold it all off and is going to start selling real estate. He was one of the few farmers that could turn a good profit. He is a good manager. It has scared some of the other farmers that he walked away from it. They said that if there was any money to be made there, he would have stayed.
