I went back and did a search but can't seem to find anything. How long do you all keep your cows off of a pasture after you've sprayed it with 2-4d??

My jug just says not to slaughter meat animals within 3 days of grazing a sprayed pasture, nothing about keeping livestock off of it for any period of time.

These would be lactating cows, some that we are trying to AI.

I don't worry about it and have never had a problem but I'm no expert.

I usually wait 2-3 days but you don't have to.

We were told to wait 2 weeks when we sprayed our rye this spring. Turned out we didn't need it anymore anyway.

The container tells you that you can graze immediately after applying.
