1mth calf mother stopped feeding

Can anyone please help
Have a 1mth calf and the mum wont feed anymore.
I have brought milk replacement for him
But he is very weak and unable to stand up and cold to touch
We have been giving him the bottle but he doesn't have the energy to suck
Does anyone have any suggestion for help for this little guy because I don't think he'll make it otherwise

all he does now is lay down flat
he seems to be well hydrated but extremely weak cannot hold up his head and taps his legs on the ground as if in a running motion
but he needs help to stand up otherwise will fall down

I'm not saying it isn't possible, or didn't happen, but I've never heard of a cow letting a calf nurse for a month and then rejecting it. I'd think it's much more likely that the calf got sick and stopped nursing, or the cow has so little milk that it's slowly starving. Is her bag swollen? Is she staying with the calf? Can you get a vet out to look at the calf, or take it to a vet?
