1B Red Angus EPDs

Anyone that has either bred up to 1B or has cows that are 1B, have you noticed that the EPDs for most traits don;t jibe with the actual traits demonstrated by the cow? And, as the get closer to 99% the EPDs are much closer to the mark?

Yes, it is because when RAAA bring an un-registered animal in they have no merit, no epd's so the progeny epd goes off the single registed animal basically cut in half. Over time the progeny express themselves and the epd's become more accurate.
