19month old heifer

I've been told that to avoid calving problems you shouldn't breed a heifer until she reaches a certain weight, but can't remember the recommended weights for the different breeds. If you can take her to the vet to get her pregnancy checked it'll be a lot cheaper than having him come to your place.
