Yep my thoughts too about the panicking. And governors of politically correct, leftist little states like Minnesota or California. At least California is diverse ethnically and political correctness there comes from different racial groups advocating for their own interests which is ok for everyone to do except white majority. Then you get the hypocrisy of white liberals in places like Minnesota where essentially the governor is like "ok black people I'm sorry that all white people are bad and racist and I'm sorry that we are all so privileged, I'm apologizing on behalf of all white people". Does any other race apologize and make generalities AGAINST itself? I read a very racist (racist because it generalizes) article by a black professor at Georgetown where white people are all blind to racial injustice that was published by the New York Times. But would that same black professor post an article apologizing on behalf of black people for what "all" blacks purportedly do to white people? No because it's stupid and untrue, just as stupid and untrue as his generalizations of white people, or white people apologizing to black people for themselves. Get over it people, we are all people. And as to privilege - I'm a rural white male. My family is not connected into Wall Street, legacy at Princeton, Harvard, etc, no gigantic family business to go into, what special privilege do I have? The answer for most people that supposedly have "white privilege" is that most do not. Many are first in generation to go to college, come out of poverty etc, just like everyone else.
