    I figure if they jumped the cattle guard to get in, they can jump it to get out. Sounds like this problem might solve itself.

    Hypothetically of course, what does one do if three horses showed up on your property? They have no brands. I’ve searched Oklahoma statues and haven’t found the answer yet. The sheriff’s office nor the highway patrol has been of any help. Thanks in advance for any replies.

    I think you would be better off letting them mainly eat grass instead of buying feed. What’s the average rainfall for the area? Someone in your area might know better but I’d guess Brangus would be a good breed.

    New Venture Ideas

    Two things come to mind for me. As with any investment, diversity is a good thing. With work, do what you enjoy. I’d put pencil to paper and try out multiple things to see what works best financially and what you like. It also just depends on input and cattle prices.
