    I agree w/ Dun Grass tetany or some sort of mineral deficiency. Are you supplementing with some sort of minerals? Did you ever give any vitamin shots? How about deworming meds?

    If it was a young calf then it was possible it never got over the initial infection. I have seen many a calf recieve a couple of days of antibiotics and die within a week.

    i would work on his nutrition proein,vitamins,electrolytes. protiens are easy- even if you breaksome egggs for him. vitamins via injection- vit a,d +e. your doing the lytes with the probios. help his elimination by deworming him. also give a good helping of honey with his hay/grain.
