Had a random thought today. Was thinking about collecting cattle breeds. Sounds like there are over a 1000 different breeds https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cattle_breeds Although I see a lot of repetition in that list e.g. American Angus or Australian brangus.. So what I'm getting at...

Thanks I liked his calves last year. He's been getting nothing but 2 year old hay and salt blocks all winter. Seems to keep his weight up.

I just took these today my first hereford bull (Sorry they are a bit blurry took them with my cel) he breeds my Angus cows. What do you guys think? Steak or breeding material?
