Well, it's a 50/50 chance that she got bred. I'm leaning more on her being open but she is supposed to come in tomorrow if she is not bred.

Was just wondering if anyone has had a heifer bred at 9 coming on 10 months. Was there any problems calving? My heifer got into the bull pen and I think she is just coming in heat. Don't know if she was bred or not. She must weigh between 500 and 600 lbs. now.

I'm not concerned about weaning weights...just calving complications. I don't want to take the risk of losing my heifer

I am looking for semen/pricing on buelingo bulls. Preferably one that has good confirmation and consistently throws small calves. If there is a place where I can buy only a few straws that would be great. I only have one heifer so I can't afford to buy ten straws :)
