    Tubs

We put out a few mineral tubs and had to put them in a used truck tire. Seemed to stop the bull's antics!!! 11-22.5 seemed to work very well. Oh, that was 250# tubs

    Hay cradle

I built about 20 out of 1" pipe. They just hold 1 roll up off the ground. Seems to work a little better than a hay ring, or maybe just easier to sit a roll on it with FEL. Cows seem to waste a little cause I put out 7 rolls at a time. I tried hay rings made out of sucker rod & was constantly...

    Problems with Pearl Millet

I have a question about a poor stand of hybid pearl millet? We planted 25#'s of seed per acre on April 29th(to prevent frost damage) on 10 acres. I disked as aggressive as my disk would cut, then packed with a 300 gallon propane tank filled with water. Then drilled with a Tye 7ft. no-till set as...

    priefort ponderosa fencing?

This is my first post so here goes! I have 700ft of the priefert fence on my place and seems to hold up very well. I paid about $10 a linear foot, but done all the installation myself and it is pretty tough! The cows don't seem to push on it as much as barbwire and T-posts.
