    2013 Kubota M7040 value

I took it off but it’s an open station so it was easy. The hardest part of that whole job on the kubota is going to be getting the roof off. However, the chances of it holding if you don’t reinforce the bottom side is going to be slim. The reason you reinforce the bottom is because it looks...

    2013 Kubota M7040 value

    Salvage yard engines...

Most reputable salvage yards offer extended warranties very reasonable. Like a year for a few hundred dollars. Or the ones around home in MS. Check www.car-part.com for a list of used engines/parts in your area.

    Anyone else have stones?

Just curious...how do you get it disked up without tearing up a bunch of blades? Or do you just use a chisel plow or something similar? No big rocks in our fields in North Ms unless a gravel truck has an accident & turns over in the field. My uncle did have a combine burn & dug a big hole with...

Anyone got a '61-66 Ford sitting out back?

I saw a full restored 61 Ford pu yesterday. I thought someone welded the cab corners to the bedsides. Turns out they're made that way. Imagine an el Camino. Pretty neat, actually. I personally am not an old Ford (or new Ford) fan but it was pretty slick. Said they made them that way in ‘61 & ‘62.

    Dodge Auto Transmission problem

On a different note... you might check the fluid level to make sure it was filled to proper level. What exactly did they do when they “adjusted the bands”? Not much to adjust that I know if without tearing the valve body down but I’m. It a transmission mechanic, either.

    Dodge Auto Transmission problem

Automatic transmissions have fibrous clutches that wear out under normal use. If you change the fluid regularly this is not a problem. However, if you don’t change the fluid normally the clutch wear is in the fluid which essentially keeps everything working properly. When you drain the fluid or...

    Farm Truck

I have a 3/4 ton suburban with a 454 that’s as dependable as they come . pulls like a freight train & rides like a Cadillac. It’s for sale because I just bought an 03 2500 with an 8.1. I’m pretty sure the 8.1 gets 8mpg. It really likes gas. Stout, though.
