I had the brand custom made, but have not gotten it registered yet. So i should wait until it is registered to put it on them? How much will it cost to get branded?

At the moment its not reg. The main reason for doing so is that on this land its not just my cows, so it keeps anyone from being confused. What all does it involve in getting it reg. and as far as the looks do you have any rib photos? Thanks

just curious if anyone brands on the ribs. If not why not? I will be branding soon and am looking for the best place. Thanks

Thanks for the well wishes. Let me tell you that they weren't lying about it being hard. But whenever I graduate I hope to be able to have a lot more options with purchasing land and such.

How do I make them bigger, I thought this board was supposed to size them for me... the cow is a sim x brahma, and is prob the most gentle cow we have. Her and all her calves have eaten cubes out of my hand on a reg. basis.
