Looking for suggestions on what everyone uses to kill anything and everything. Recently used Eraser but am not very happy with results. Getting new growth way to soon in my opinion.

    Grazon Next Application Rate

I’m looking to spray some Grazon Next on my pastures..Two questions 1. Amount of Grazon? I am borrowing a 200 gal sprayer that I was told will spray 22 gallons an acre at 5 mph. Am I understanding correctly that I need between 3 and 5 oz per 3 gallons of water? 2. I’d like to mix some...

    Pasture Management

Cows won’t be on this field for another couple of weeks. Trying to let it breathe since they were on it for almost 10 months straight. Leads me to another question - is there a point where grass gets too high for the cows to graze?

    Pasture Management

    Fencing

That was my thought. I've seen two articles now that reference starting at the bottom and working up...neither tell me why.

    Fencing

My second post. Question: I am running barb wire fencing with wood posts. Why is it recommended that I start from the bottom and work my way up?

    Pasture Management

First post! Aren't yall lucky. Located in Watkinsville, GA. My cows have been on the same pasture for several months. I am close to having another pasture fenced in. Once I complete fencing in the other pasture my plan is to move the cows over and recondition their current pasture. Both...
