so i cant seem to find separate processors for grass fed vs. grain fed....then i see some at the store that says grass fed but the fat is white...is grass fed just a marketing ploy? i guess all cattle are grass fed, could market them as milk fed i guess..

does anyone know if there are separate grass fed processors?, would you get more per pound going the grass finished route? i know it would take longer to get them to market weight...

it is cracked corn, it sounds like everyone thinks it is the corn, so i will pull back on the corn, it just seems that everything was working well until i put the fresh bale in that they ate up quickly. once their GI has equalized to the diet, do i then start increasing the corn to finish them...

thanks for the reply, my thoughts have been that maybe it is the opposite?, they had lowered their pH by getting corn for 30 plus days, they have always had free grazing hay, but with the new bale really tore into it and they didnt digest the hay well? is that a possibility?
