These calves are by a registered red Simmental. They are coming on 5 months old. No creep feed just what bite or two they get from the little bit the cows have been fed through the winter.
To me they have more volume and growth than our Angus or Hereford sired calves have had.
Probably will replace our current Angus bull with another black Simmental, next year, if we don’t sell out and move before another winter.
