There are still some decent buys around there but they are getting fewer fast. We had been looking there for two years and only heard about our place is because we had contacts in the area. We have been renovating (foreclosure) most of the summer and should be done by Thanksgiving.

Our place is in northern Giles County just off I-65 but we won't be living there full time till around this time next year.

I have the charbroil that we picked up at Lowes. It's great for steaks but I prefer the Weber charcoal grill for everything else.
