have a 1 mth calf that his mother has no milk for hae is extremely weak lays down flat on the ground and i think has fits or seizures is htere anything i can do to help this little guy or is it to late

all he does now is lay down flat he seems to be well hydrated but extremely weak cannot hold up his head and taps his legs on the ground as if in a running motion but he needs help to stand up otherwise will fall down

Can anyone please help Have a 1mth calf and the mum wont feed anymore. I have brought milk replacement for him But he is very weak and unable to stand up and cold to touch We have been giving him the bottle but he doesn't have the energy to suck Does anyone have any suggestion for help for this...
