If I had to pull them I wouldn't give anything for them. I have pulled them with just a 3 point and a chain. If you have a helper it's not too time consuming. Then after you pull'em you still have to pick them up and load them and haul them home.

I would discourage going from grain feeding back to grass as there is just too much difference in the energy of the 2 feeds. In order to get a "finish", weight gains need to remain high in order to build intramuscular fat (marbling). Going from grain to grass your weight gains will go backwards...

Dun is right. You will get more bang for your buck applying in late summer / early fall and stockpiling.

Have had good luck with Gallagher, Speedrite & Premier. Bayguard will do in a pinch but it must be a REAL pinch IMO.

I prefer the half inch poly tape. I think it's more visible but it is more subject to the wind. Where deer are a problem I have found that 17 gauge aluminium high tensile seems to give good visibility at night and it is real easy to mend if it does get broken. I use cheap reels. I get extension...
