Timber rattlesnake "hold my beer"

A couple of hunters are setting up a camp on some of our land in GA. And Randy went to the truck to get a beer and almost got the bite of his life. They have me worried now, they've already paid my wife for the year, but haven't signed the release yet. I added a few things and I wanted to talk to them and make sure everything was straight.
