Last week after 2 days of freezing rain/sleet/snow found a 3 week old calf down and unable to properly move legs and walk. Took to vet and temp was normal and calf not lethargic. All vet could recommend was some Banamine. Calf manages to move around a little while on ground and sometimes tries a little when we are feeding her. Used sling to support the calf while trying to get her mobile again.

Anyone have any ideas how to get this calf walking again. She is alert and aggressively nurses a bottle along with normal poop and peeing. Just can't work legs normally.

I hate to be a broken record, but is she Selenium deficient? Give her a shot of Muse.
Let us know how she is in 48 hrs..

I use CMPK on cows but would not be above giving a does to a calf.
I would exercise the hind legs. While the calf is lying down, flex and extend the legs. This will help increase blood flow to the muscles. Then push the leg up toward the belly and see if the calf pushes back.
If that does not work, find a neighbor on vacation and swim the calf in their Jacuzzi.
