Why dont you try 12 to 13 million instead of 5. Is that just your calculations ? Now, on the subject of us non-working younger Americans. I realize there are a good many who do indeed fall into the wide brush you've painted us with and on the other hand there are just as many who are hard working and genuinely pursue working hard. Its next to impossible to get your foot in the door to alot of trades because you are not going to get an entry level grunt job in things like construction, or agriculture when those in charge have already made up their mind to outsource their labor to foreigners. All comes down to greed and unwillingness to pay a living wage to our own people. People complain about Bush, but we have millions of people who do actual harm to our country on a daily basis in the name of capitolism by hiring illegals . Its an endless purge that starts with the hiring of maybe 1 or 2 , then progresses to the entire payroll due to the language barrier and such and the disparity in wages. Oh well, what the heck do I know. I'm a veteran and its not like I've earned the right to state my oppinion.
