Long story short, I brought home some calves that came up with a nasty case of shipping fever. Ran them thru for doctoring, some were not as cooperative as others and did not get their shot in the neck. I did administer the injection subquetaneuosly (so I would only have to run them thru once). On the ones that I could not get in the neck, I 'tented' a fold of skin, ussually around the front or rear shoulder and administered the meds. I did notice some bleeding (small amounts) on just a few of the calves. Everyone seems fine, but wanted to ask the forum for any input. Also, if any of these guys don't get over it, can Nuflor be administered a second time and if so, at what time interval. As someone has previously said, I am a long time lurker on this site, and a first time poster. thanks in advance for your input.
