Just wanted to see what people think of GAR Prophet, or if anyone has used him or has seen any offspring by him? Any comments are welcomed.

Going by the data he probably is the best beef bull ever created.. his video is a little disappointing, however, and his low $E would make me hesitate to keep replacements from his sons. I've seen a few sons of his at sales and they've looked good.

I like his dam more than I like him - she looks really good, especially the length of hip. He has a bit more frame on him than I like.

He looks like a typical carcass bull. Looks more like a steer than a bull.

Used him on a commercial set of heifers for custom AI project last year. 7 head all born unassisted. These calves were born in a herd that weans off (with creep and lots of grass) some of the biggest calves in our county every year. It will be fun to compare them. Bulls numbers have only got better so I think he should be the real deal.

Thanks for all the replies and info. Reason I ask is that I am considering trying to find a daughter out of him and just wanted to get some opinions on him. One last question in regards to him, do the offspring have good feet and leg structure from what you all have seen?
