odd and bad situation

He seemed better, no fever, no diarrhea, no more straining. was up and about, eating well. I was giving him his bottle and noticed he was short of breath( no fever) lung sounds were clear. heart rate was elevated. Also was a little cyanotic . He took all the bottle with gusto I debated on whether to call the vet ( again) but as he was in no pain I did not. I had a feeling he was terminal. When I went back to the barn a little later he was dead. No sign of thrashing or bloating ect. Im thinking a pulmonary or fat emboli. Buried him today.
