North Carolina Slaw

Some folks were talking about a slaw that is apparently pretty popular in North Carolina. They tell me that it uses ketchup and I've looked up a few recipes but haven't found anything that sounds very good. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Never seen ketchup in slaw before. I have had it with mustard that was pretty good.
