Need Help Calculating %

Sire: Brangus 5/8 Angus 3/8 Brahman

What is calve's percentage?
I figure the calf is still 3/8 Brahman, 1/4 Angus, 1/4 Simmental and 1/8 of something else? I know my math is wrong. You can't have 1/8 of something else.

Help! I just can't figure it out.

If I bred this calve to a purebred simmental, what would the calve's % be?

21/32 Simm, 5/32 Angus, and 3/16(6/32) Brahama if you figure the purebred Simm as 100%. If not 100% I am out of this.
