Use ground sausage that is just like ground hamburger meat. If you buy hamburger meat at the store, do not use the meat from Walmart. The Walmart hamburger meat is "stringy" and tough.</p><p></p><p><strong>Complimentary foods</strong></p><p>This is a fantastic centerpiece for a meal consisting of meatloaf, mashed potato with brown gravy, and small field peas. I'll post the best mashed potato recipe that you've ever tasted to go along with this.</p><p></p><p><strong>If you think that you don't like meatloaf, make this anyway.
