I don't know wha his resume or experience is. Without experience or a lot of cash, no one will loan money for the cows. Lots of places will loan him money for the land, that is the easy part. Land isn't going anywhere, God isn't making any more of it. They can always forclose on the land and get their money back. They are not going to loan 100% on it either.
