So tender it practically fell apart when it was uncooked. It did have more marbling than I thought it would but probably not up to everyones standards. I was leary of longhorns because of my own misconception and bad PR. I never would have tried it had it not been a steal. He was probably a bear on the feed conversion but I was not too worried about that.</p></blockquote><p></p>
