Could it be meat quality, calving ease, what? I assume that people cross Simmental and Angus in order to get the muscling of Simmental and the carcass traits of Angus. Is that assumption incorrect?</p><p></p><p>Based on what you have said before, if I had a Sim Ang herd, I would be working hard to breed the Angus OUT OF THEM, not into them.</p></blockquote><p></p>
