Who really wants to be saddled with the knowledge and stigma that they may well have gotten someone else sick? We don't do that much contact tracing here in the USA but other nations very much do, and it's generally considered quite shameful that one is the cause of others becoming ill. Here, most just tend to worry about #1 and let the chips fall where they may in the bigger scheme of things.</p></blockquote><p></p>
