I have had 3 bulls butchered. They have all been about 1 to 1 1/2 years old. They have less fat but they are dandy tasting. I asked my butcher about this too. I asked him if they tasted or cut up worse than a steer or heifer. He said "not worse just different" It took me a while to figure out what he meant, but he was right. The meat is just is good, but less fat. I don't know much about the grass vs corn fed. We raise ours on grain.</p></blockquote><p></p>
