Our Type 2 diabetics,heart attacks etc you get the point and there willing to pay the extra money to have there beefalo and eat it to. So that is one way. The other is internet sales I think alot of work. The other is chain stores in your area.If you plan to get that big.Also I talked to my local IGA, And they will sell it to the public for me. The catch is it would need to be inspected FDA. That is about 1/2 a state away I would have to haul.So we are talking to folks who will buy it by the 1/2 beefalo.By staying small I don't have to worry about supply and demand.And I generate a nice little income too.</p><p></p><p>I have found the animals to train so easy I train horses.So it came pretty natural to me to train the cows the same way. Had a mare that needed ultrasounded for foal,loaded her into a straight load trailer the cow on the other side to check back with calf and the vet really got a kick out of that!!!!Opened the doors and horse on one side and cow on the other. People want and are willing to pay for a Great product.The animals have so many plusses Ive tried to figgure why more people don't breed them I guess its because there isn't a uniform color or type ie.as in other breeds.
