The heifer weighed 63 lbs BW. She is an ET calf. Here's a photo of her dam, OK Sadie, taken a month or two before her first natural service calf: And here is a photo of the sire, Rockliffe Patron: Both Sadie and Patron have the 6 "stars" on the Bovigen tenderness gene test---the newer one(which has an additional 2 "stars" is not yet available in the usa). So the heifer calf should also have all 6 "stars" for tenderness. Sire and dam also have one "star" on marbling--it was one out of 2---we have not gone back to retest for any more of the newer marbling factors. Sadie weighs between 1100 to 1250, depending on the forage year. Patron weighed around 2000 or 2100. This heifer will be sold in our internet auction going from Oct 7th through the 13th. There's a few "sample" animals shown on the auction site and I am adding photos of animals to be in this sale as they come in to me----and as I get my photo chores done. Here's a link to the "gallery" page of the software: http://www.murraygrey.net/cgi-bin/aucti ... sp=gallery
