1883 final episode

Has anyone else finished watching 1883? I really enjoyed it, but it's not really ending I had hoped for.

According to Taylor Sheridan there will be no season 2. Sounds like the will be a "1932" though.

It was indeed renewed for a second season; however, I read that it may not be a full length season.

Here is what I found:

Season 2 of 1883 is actually 1932, the other Yellowstone origin story announced two weeks ago. That's according to executive producer David Glaser, who talked to the Hollywood Reporter for a story published on Sunday (Feb. 27).

I've always enjoyed a good western, but there aren't many I care for in the last several years. I think 1883 is the best thing since the original Lonesome Dove.
