I'd leave the wound open so it can heal from the inside out. What about iodine spray or an anti inflammitory shot???

The last time we used the paste was on a 3-4 month old heifer... I dont remember how big the buds were. The paste was really old, but did take care of them though they havent grown back... that was about a year ago. I'd give it a shot, even if it doesnt get rid of them cmpletly it should make...

OMG... what is this world comming to?!?! Some people are so stupid and cheap they shouldn't be allowed to own any animals. Maybe somebody should put a pot scrubber in their stomach so they can know what it feels like.

Yeah, the enlarged navel... I think it is only a bad thing if the skin is punctured...?? We have a heifer like that now shes had it since she was born. We also had a cow that had one her whole life and didn't seem to bother her. I think, but I'm not sure it is that the stomach/body wall didn't...
