i didnt read the replys but the nose ring situation, i definetly say yes, and as someone said, dont use it to lead him, nose rings are more for the the ones who drop there head and bolt, you can control them and keep them from getting out of hand, but dont think it helps them to lead :santa:

i attended the guyer seminars at the ohio beef expo and he said you do not clip a steer differently from a heifer... what they mean by looking more feminine is just that, looking more like a female then a male. compare pictures of bulls to cows and note the differences and that will lead you...
