    Good grief, I've been selling small squares of alfalfa for $2.50-$3.00. :shock: Sounds like I need to start shipping down there. It's that pesky supply and demand thing. Fuel cost would probably kill the profit thou.

    Feeding whole corn?

    We feed about a coffee can per head whole corn, but only during the winter. Cheap treat and it keeps them coming in when I want.

    We feed alfalfa all winter long. Start them slow on the alfalfa hay when the grass pastures still have a bit of grazing left on them before winter and all will be fine.
