I think is a good idea on different grasses in each pasture. I was thinking planting Rye and maybe some winter wheat on 2 acres.What would happen if you were to plant all the seeds mixed together would that be wise? I'm here in Houston.

I meant cooperative extension office. In pastures I have mostly bahia this year I put out some hulled bermuda seeds to see what it would do and it grew rather well, but since bahia is mostly there I didn't want to burn it out but add to it.

hello I wanted to is Alicia grass the same as bahia? It has that black fuzzy on top of the seed head. It grows nice and green and rather quick. I was wondering if anyone can give me alittle more info on it
