I had a 12 year old cow, she never had a heifer in her life One year, I started off with 8 heifers and 2 bulls... was sure I was going to be heavy on the heifers by the end of it, but the next 10 were 8 bulls and 2 heifers... My oldest grandma cow had 16 calves, 11 of those were heifers

bang on the money for the calves some of my cows liked to make.. 140 lb bull calves I think those cows would look at this "litter" of calves and be pretty confused about what to do.. Usually I just have one big one.. but what are all these tiny things??

I don't know if it's the same calf, but there was one born a few weeks ago and last I heard it was a week old, trying to stand but not quite.. they said it had some fight in it so as long as it was they were going to keep trying

THAT is who has been fighting it! JBS, Tyson, and etc.. and they in turn lobby the gov'ts in mexico, brazil, etc to do something about it Here in canada a lot of our beef is from argentina, etc.. WHY??? we have plenty of beef.. I guess they say our product gets premiums when shipped overseas...
