If you were running a predominantly Red Angus cowherd, what would your bull of choice be? I tend to like either a Simm, or Charolais bull for a terminal cross. Just curious what everyone else would do.

I'm in the process of deciding what direction I want to go with my herd. Most of my cows are Red Angus, I do have a few oddballs. I'm trying to decide whether I should retain my heifers and, sell them as bred heifers. Or, breed all my cows to a more terminal type bull and sell all the calves...
