If you have the time delay controller, throw it away. I've been happy with the Prodigy inertia controller I put on my 05 Ram, after I threw the Draw Tite time controller away.
Gun stays in a bucket of chlorohex solution. I load gun with CIDR, and then dip whole gun and CIDR in a one gallon jug of lube. Been doing it like this since CIDR's became available in the U.S.
I've treated pinkeye with both sub-q injections of oxytetracycline and the subconjunctival injections of penicillin with steroids. Both cured the pinkeye. It's cheaper to do the subconjunctival injections.
Thirty years ago we manually removed the placenta. Current vet recommended to wait three days, if it hasn't passed, give a dose of LA200 or 300, and 5 cc's of Lutalyse. Haven't had very many, but any that did always recovered and rebred on time.
