    Just ate my 1st steer

    I just finished eating a ribeye from my first steer I raised. I have to say it was very good. I was able to sell 3/4 of the meat and buy a momma and calf and keep 1/4 of the meat for the freezer. I used this site as a resource, thanks. Number 2 is a few months from being ready.
