    you will still have more than 50% English blood, remember Beefmaster is 50% English- 50% Brahman. My personal preference for beefmaster cows will be Simmental and I will keep the heifers and Limousin if selling all the calves

    I didn't wrote that, BUT as far as I know consumers relate Angus with meat, and many consumers don't even know what color it is, just cattleman relate Angus with Black hided cattle.

    from those two I will pick Simmangus, but as Dun said both composite fullfill the same niche, or just go with straight Simmental. If you are A.I. you could use Tarentaise and if you are not a color fan you could try Normande, Braunvieh is very similar in quality and yield grade to both of these...

    Gale, as far as I know Fullblood Piedmontese aren't BLACK, and the cross herd of balck you mention before for sure where Black Angus influenced. GENERAL INFORMATION, Double Muscle breeds are famous for tenderness due to how muscle tissues and fibers are form, did you knew that Gale :?: :?:
