Bought mine used w/400+hrs at a dealer in 2017 with the remaining 4years of a 5 yr warranty when it was new. It was at the shop soon after purchase, but think the previous owner was at fault, due to the snap ring in the transmission. The shuttle shift isnt the best idea for a farm tractor...
I have a 2706 MF, and does that well. If you can have a cab, that would be nice. I have to many trees for one but heat/ air and a radio would make tasks almost enjoyable!
Found it used a few years back. No def fluid, 4wd, loader.
Was just looking at military auctions the other day for a farm truck. I like the rugged exterior that never rusts. In the 90s, we still had Vietnam era trucks. Couldn't get one of them 6x6 stuck! Our company got a Bradley stuck in muck one time, that was fun.
Unfortunate. Sounds as customer service is ok. Someone else got my bucket teeth years ago, no problems on a refund. I have a set of forks and bale spear with ball and carry 1200 bales all winter. No issues. Heavy frame and forks, spear seams to be good ao far. Maybe im the one that got...
After another look, I have to ask if the steering is a little awkward being on the other side in the mule. Like jumping in on the wrong side, Taking a turn too fast, etc.
I second the Titan family of products! USA made with great customer service. Frame with forks, spear and trailer mover for the loader. Use it at least once for something every time I take the tractor out. About $600+/- delivered.
I bought a 3pt spear for $35 at auction, it was missing the...
MF manual has instuctions to change oil @100,200 then every 200hrs after that. I bought it with 460hrs. Changed it every 100hrs til about 1000, that's when it started to look a little better through the life of it. Just changed it after almost 200hrs the other day, after I originally read this...
What codes do you have? Right about 150k miles I needed coil packs. It ran real hard. Threw a missing cylinder code. Have auto parts store check for free. They will look up codes and tell you what it needs. Coils are cheap and easy enough. You tube can even show you how to fix it. The spark...
Not bigger, heavier. It bounces when the bucket is full of rock or a bale unless I have a counter weight on the rear. Bale with the forks in 2wd I can spin the back tires.
I would like my MF 2706 to be a little heavier. Maybe a little more speed/power with the loader. Has done everything I have asked so far.... just because it's 4wd doesn't mean it can't get stuck. Tn mud is slick with all the clay in it. Happy it has the loader....
We have been looking at them for a while now. Would be interested to learn about a good company.
Just tired of crappy companies that don't back the items they produce/sell.
I have a "never use under any circumstances list". Cost me thousands of $ to make it. Nothing last very long anymore.
I have read about the cab less semi trailer a few years ago. Google and Microsoft operated. Seems they were running from tx to ca on I-10. No issues for years of testing.
Electric isn't for me. I rode a Harley for years... wind in my hair (back when I still had it) and the hum of the engine is all I need for hours of fun.
Bought it to pull a trailer and deliver cows. It is a true farm truck.
May cruise to the car show or drive in we have in town.... Just for fun.
We have a travel and grocery getter already.
May save a bunch not replacing electronics..... depends how you look at it.
This is a truck that can be...
