You don't have the hot side going to the ground rod do you? If your hearing a pop at the ground rod you need a better clamp also.

Might have to look into that. Or plant some big trees close together. A tree stopped the last one from plowing through the fence.

Didn't say they weren't selling good....just that it's takes a better than average cow to get a ride home. Having a calf beside doesn't give a mediocre cow a ticket home either.
