Not sure about your location but I have been dealing with Gustin Diamond D Gelbvieh for many years and think they have probably the best Gelbvieh cattle in North Dakota. They are also great people to deal with.
Just purchased this bull and I was curious about what his weaknesses and strengths are? Thanks in advance.

Just wondering what everyone considers the best all around bull in the red angus breed. I have a grandson of justice and a son of silver bow. Absolutely love the justice calves.
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I know next to nothing about the simmental breed but I hope he will add some pounds to my red angus and balancer cross herd.
Bought this guy this winter and just wanted to see what everyone else thought.

Had fabulous disposition mothering and growth. Only complaints were borderline too small of frame and higher percentage animals carried lot of leather in the neck
Just bought a yearling bull and was wondering others opinions on whether he is suitable for heifers. Thanks.

Unless you heart is set on baldies I think the RA Gelbvieh cross will make as good of replacements as anything. You can always run a Hereford on the resulting heifers if you are set on baldies.
