About every 20 years we have a couple dry ones.
Any rain in the forecast? That foxtail looks ready to cut, might get a good second cut if you take that now and get moisture? Or is it not worth taking yet.
We still have flood water n until next week. Nice 24 hour soft rain just ending now though.

We got some rain down here.. I think it snuffed a forest fire that lightning lit up on Wednesday

We shut down the irrigation ditch to dry out the fields so we could start cutting hay next week. Then it rain about half an inch yesterday. No rain since April. We go to dry things down and the sky opens up.
