We had Streptomycin here until about 30 years ago when the authorities pulled it as they thought we'd be better off with out it. Pen/strep was a common combination as it was supposed to synergistic (1+1=3)

Only based on the head shot... the animal looks overweight. Might be why she looks lumpy.

The vet told you it's a just a slightly swollen node, which of course is exactly what it looks like. Why are you still concerned?

Slightly swollen lymph nodes can stay swollen, and increase/degrease in size for a long time. I had one on my wrist that was swollen for several years. Some days it would be all but normal, then the next it looked like half a marble. Then it eventually stayed normal and has been that way for 10+ years now. But it's nothing to worry about if she's acting fine.
Also, no need to apologize. I just wasn't sure if something had changed or not.

You had your vet out and your vet's advice was don't worry about it. Your vet's advice is better than any bit of advice you'll get here because your vet is trained, makes money of fixing stuff, and actually had their hands inside that animal's mouth. I suggest you take your vet's advice.
It seems like there's so much to worry about in life that this cow probably ain't one of them.

Agree 100%, and then you have those 1 in a millions and it’ll drop dead tomorrow and they will say all of you were wrong I knew I should be worried.
